This article is extremely confusing. It lacks sufficient context for readers untutored in law and corporate theory. It just proceeds as if it were in media res in some law textbook. The confusing content needs to be clarified before copyediting work is done. Rintrah 14:39, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

The only thing I found confusing about the article is its supposed legal aura. I searched extensively in Google, and the SEC site together with some law sites and found no such term. Granted, there may be legal issues involved in corporate promotion, as there is in many other activities but it is not, per se, a legal topic. --JAXHERE | Talk 01:53, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
