Cornelius "Neal" Plantinga is accused of sex discrimination by former Calvin Theological Seminary professor Ruth Tucker, who was moved from a tenure-track to a one-year terminal position after Plantinga became president of the Seminary. She was told that she had poor student evaluations, but found that she was actually the second highest-rated professor on the faculty. She was accused by Plantinga of exhibiting "ungodliness" in two initially undescribed events, which she says were justified on the basis of fabricated documents which are contradicted by other records and evidence.
