Corry Baronets
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Corry Baronetcy, of Dunraven in the County of Antrim, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 15 September 1885 for James Corry, Conservative Member of Parliament for Belfast and Armagh Mid. The second Baronet was a Director of the Cunard Steamship Company. As of 2007 the presumed fifth and present Baronet has not successfully proven his succession and is therefore not on the Official Roll of the Baronetage, with the baronetcy considered dormant. The Corry family is of Scottish descent but settled in County Down in the early 17th century.
