Cornwall 2000 is a Cornish civil liberty/human rights group based in Bodmin, Cornwall. [1][2]The group was formed by John Angarrack, a leading Cornish historian and Cornish human rights campaigner. Cornwall 2000 are currently fighting the UK government over the specific exclusion of the Cornish from the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.
