Cornelia Sirch (born October 23, 1966) is a former backstroke swimmer from East Germany, who won two bronze medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. The 21-year old triumphed in the 100m and 200m Backstroke. In 1982 she was named Swimming World's European Swimmer of the Year.
