[edit] Program behaviour

Copernic desktop search works very well, and it is free. But it is neither open source and nor under any free licence. The first versions (around 2000) were Adware. Similar products (Google desktop search) call home. Do you have any information whether Copernic contacts its Mamma from time to time? -- Antonen 00:24, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pronunciation

[edit] Reads like an advertisement

There's even a History section... Should be rewritten... --Miguel1626 23:14, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

I don't have an opinion on this, except that it doesn't seem any *more* like an advertisement than the Google Desktop page does. In fact they two are quite similar. I guess either both should be rewritten, or neither. (I do notice the pronoun "you" showing up in both, which I agree has something of the flavor of an ad.) Mcswell 02:33, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
