Copersucar is a Brazilian cooperative manufacturing sugar, alcohol and their products. It was founded on the 1 July 1959 by the union of several existing organisations. The cooperative brings together cane, sugar and alcohol producers. Its name is a contraction of Cooperativa de Açucar e Álcool.
