"Cop That Shit" is the first single from Under Construction, Part II by Timbaland & Magoo featuring Missy Elliott it is sometimes referred to as the radio edit title "Cop That Disc".

The song is about people downloading and burning CDs instead of buying them in which during that time was an epidemic affecting rappers and their album sales.
All verses are resung verse's from classic rap songs:
- Timbaland's verse: "I Know You Got Soul" by Eric B. & Rakim
- Missy's verse: "Paper Thin" by MC Lyte
- Magoo's verse: "I Got It Made" by Special Ed

The video shows them in different scene's but most of them are on a wall with an Emcee which they borrowed their verse's from and a spraypainted image of them (eg: Missy with MC Lyte and an image of her) In between the video is and rap interlude by then upcoming rapper Sebastian.
