Hello, I'm Conrad, most people call me "Rock" though.

I currently live in Naples, Italy and I am an Information Systems Technician for the US Navy. I'm orginally from Hewitt, TX which is close to Waco, TX. I attended the University of North Texas and Baylor University before joining the Navy.

When I find the time, I typically write articles about Math, the US Navy, Communication Systems used in the Military with an emphasis on Naval Communications, Naval History, and Military History. I'm also a member of AMA, and I will act as your advocate if you leave a message on my page, and I agree to assist you with your case.

If you're curious about my Naval background, I'm currently a Petty Officer Third Class, and I primarily work with Communications systems. Don't let the "IT" title fool you. I joined the Navy in 2003, and I always wasn't an "IT", I used to be a "MM" which is also known as a Machinist Mate which I still feel is the best job I have ever had. I personally hate computers, but I happen to be pretty keen with them, and I like communications, so here I am.
