Due to the extreme unbalance of the NRCC stub, I've moved the relevant info to its own article. I am not familiar with the subject matter, but it was clearly in dispute judging by the edit history of NRCC, so it has been tagged appropriately. MrPrada (talk) 00:55, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
