[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Consummation SS TJML.jpg

Image:Consummation SS TJML.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use... ... Updated fair use rationale today - using album cover fair use rationale template. Pugetbill 20:54, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Label

Was this Consummation album originally released by Blue Note Records or Solid State Records in the US? I have found "Solid State" labelled cover art for a Solid State release in Japan (SR 3110) link and the Mosaic boxed set that includes this album's tracks is titled, The Complete Solid State recordings... But most US references cite this album as a "Blue Note" release. I understand United Artists (Blue Note) purchased/merged with Liberty Records (Solid State) about this time (~1969) and eventually? / immediately? moved Solid State artists/producers to Blue Note but was a Solid State labeled Consummation album ever released in the US? Still searching for references to confirm / deny this but so far no luck. Pugetbill (talk) 15:26, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
