[edit] Reason for Name Change

Given that A St NE and A St SE are closer to each other, it doesn't seem likely that B St NE/NW was renamed Constitution Ave because it would be confused with B St SE/SW (renamed Independence Ave). As a result, I'm removing that line. M Pinck 01:44, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
