Probably referring to the fact that he was endorsed by the Liberal party (when you are on more than one ballot line, that's referred to as "fusion").--Inonit 14:19, 10 December 2005 (UTC)

The word GOP occurs twice in the article, yet neither of these occurences is a link to an article explaining what GOP means. I do know what it means, but practically no other Europeans do. --Peter Knutsen 11:50, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
