As the Turkish Military eventually/gradually/maybe grudgingly adapts to the modern state of affairs, the number of career officials are growing, with the intent of having a better educated and more elite force. However, the current number of these professionals are unknown to this wikipedian. Justin Case 04:26, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

A photograph is advised as per wikipedia protocol, but I feel this is unnecessary. If we were talking about Turkish Armed Forces flags, coats of arms, and photographs of parades etc would be appropriate - but conscription? Justin Case 04:29, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
