I took out the part about the great benefits CE provides because there is to the best of my knowledge no evidence that it has any. The research evaluating it isn't too good, though. I wrote something about this a few years ago – I'll find it and update it, then post a summary here. I took out the reference to Sutton, 1999, because the source wasn't supplied. If anyone has the source, please restore the reference in correct reference format. PBrain 13:43, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sources, please

Referring someone to Tatlow, 1988, is no use unless you tell us what publication you're referring, too. Ideally you'd use Wikipedia reference format to do that, but a regular APA-style refernce list would be helpful, too. PBrain 15:15, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

I have created a reference section. If you use reference tags similar to those I created your references will be added to the reference list automatically. PBrain 16:30, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] First paragraph

I modified the statement about parents' advocacy. I believe the original statement but I'm sure it's impossible to document. I also changed the last sentence because there is now a section about evaluative research. PBrain 16:34, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
