I kept this image. No discussion occurred other than the one opposition to the FU removal question. As the image shows the subject in Scout uniform and that is what he is primarily noted for, it falls within fair use. Rlevse 21:01, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

It was never in question that it was fair use. The point is that it is replaceable fair use. No argument was made that it is irreplaceable, therefore no discussion occurred. The presumption is to delete, unless the disputant provides a compelling argument that image cannot reasonably be replaced now or in the future. That did not happen here. There's no reason this image should be kept, as the subject is a living public figure. —Chowbok ☠ 01:08, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
