The image Image:Convenience store robbery in November.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Extraordinary Machine 00:45, 27 October 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image is a screenshot from a promotional film trailer originally created by Sony Pictures Classics, and intended for wide distribution.
2. The screenshot is of lower resolution than the original film (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
3. No free or public domain images have been located for this film.
4. The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
5. The screenshot is intended to represent a pivotal scene in the film. Its inclusion in the article is important because it represents a significant point in the plot of the film that is overviewed in the article. Additionally, the image accompanies a mention of the film's original inspiration in the article, which was a real-life convenience store robbery.
