Because of the very unfriendly way the maps are presented at [2], to get high resolution jpg I had to save many fragments and then glue them together. It appears that there is some corruption (the fragments don't fit together seamlessly); while its not very noticeable please note that this version is only a temporary version of the original - hopefully it will be made available as a downloadable high-res single file in a normal format at some point in the future.
