Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association (CCCERA)
The retirement association for Contra Costa County, California workers. It provides Defined benefit plans to the county and other local agencies.
As of 2008, it has significant underfunding liabilities in excess of $2.6 million[1],[2],[3].
