Constitution of Nepal

Constitution of Nepal: presently Nepal has no permanent constitution. However the country is governed by an Interim Constitution that came to effect from January 15, 2007. It was drafted by a committee headed by former justice Laxman Prasad Aryal.[1] It replaces the previous Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal, 2047 (1990).
Previous constitutions were enacted in 1951, 1959 and 1962.[2]
