Constance Mabel Jeans (August 23, 1899 – April 1984) was a British swimmer who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics and 1924 Summer Olympics.

In the 1920 Olympics she won a silver medal in the 4×100 m freestyle relay event and was both fourth in 100 m freestyle event and in 300 m freestyle event.

Four years later in Paris she won again a silver medal in the 4×100 m freestyle relay event and was fourth in 100 m freestyle event and seventh in 400 m freestyle event.
