[edit] Controversy

In Phoenix, the CRCF apparently resulted in higher car-rental fees as the costs of building the new facility were passed on to the consumers. As a result, some travelers upon arriving in Phoenix take a cab to a local rental-car office, which allows them to save money. [5]
