Route 159 is a state highway in northern Connecticut, built as the northern extension of Main Street in Hartford, running along the west bank of the Connecticut River to the Massachusetts state line in Agawam, Massachusetts. Massachusetts Route 159 starts at the state border and ends in Agawam's center.

Route 159 officially begins at the Hartford-Windsor town line as Windsor Avenue, near an interchange with I-91. The road runs along the west bank of the Connecticut River, crossing Interstate 91 a second time and continuing into Massachusetts. It goes through the towns of Windsor, Windsor Locks, and Suffield.[1]

Route 159 in Windsor is also known as the Kasmir Pulaski Memorial Highway.[1]

Before 1932, the current Route 159, with a few minor exceptions, was part of the former State Highway 110. In the 1932 state highway renumbering, it was designated US 5A. In 1968, it was redesignated as Route 159.[2]
