Conjectura poutama is a very small sea snail or micromollusc, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand's Stewart Island.

This snail is found at depths of about 55 m.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is minute, white, glossy, translucent, very similar to Conjectura atypica, but without a shoulder angulation, and only one spiral cord bordering the narrow crescentic umbilicus.
Height is up to 1.96 mm, and the width is up to 1.77 mm.
