Conference of Colleges

The Conference of Colleges of the University of Oxford is a body which represent the common concerns of the several colleges of the University.
It acts as a body for intercollegiate discussion and decision-making. It also negotiates with central University bodies on collegiate matters, and appoints members of joint University/College committees. It has representation on the Council of the University, its committees, and the five Divisional Boards, and as such its existence is presupposed by various of the statutes and regulations of the University, but they do not regulate it. Its secretatriat is accommodated in the University administration buildings.
