The Confederation Africaine de Handball, often referred to by the acronym CAHB, is the administrative and controlling body for African team handball. Founded in 1973 after the 2nd African Games in Lagos, Nigeria, it represents the national handball associations of Africa.
The CAHB headquarter is located in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Its current President is the Ivorian Christophe Yapo Achy.
