Concord Primary School is a primary school located in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore. It started functioning in year 2000. It is a co-ed, double session, government school. Mdm Rita Rajlal is the current principal. Mdm Seow Hong Kiang and Mdm Len Leng Leng Teresa Kelly are the current vice principals of the school.

The motto is to soar together with greater heights, with the eagle as a symbol in its school crest. The school's vision is Caring Hearts, Enriched Minds, Determined Spirits and the school's mission is to nuture Concordians of good character with a passion for learning to face life's challenges.
