Concern is an American Thoroughbred racehorse best known for winning the 1994 Breeders' Cup Classic. Born at Robert Meyerhoff's Fitzhugh Farm in Phoenix, Maryland, Concern established himself as one his crop's top three year olds by Winning the Arkansas Derby. Bypassing the Kentucky Derby in favor of being fresh for the hometown Preakness, Concern went on to finish a closing 3rd. Later that summer he attempted to run down Holy Bull in a thrilling Traver's Stakes at Saratoga.

Concern is perhaps remembered by many for his dramatic come-from-behind running style.

A descendant of the great sire Nearco, Concern was retired to stud in 1996 and currently stands at Oklahoma Equine in Washington, Oklahoma.
