What's the source of this term? I've heard it on Law & Order, sure, but Google doesn't reveal any results for the term besides this article. I assumed it was a section of U.S. Code, but then it would be "7.30 exam," not "7:30" like the time of day. --24.110.218.195 (talk) 03:05, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
