Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and so it has regulations about what not to include. I have added the "howto" template to this article; "While Wikipedia has descriptions of people, places, and things, Wikipedia articles should not include instructions, advice (legal, medical, or otherwise) or suggestions, or contain "how-to"s.
