[edit] chargers in parking zones for EVs

These are only needed if your commute is greater then the range of your EV. Most people in the world have a commute that is far shorter then the range of a typical EV. Also, if the EV is an E-REV then you can go further than the electric range of the vehicle. So, can we agree to remove this as "needed" infrastructure? It is optional not needed. -Bluetd

[edit] Current state of development - Charging time

Charging time is not an issue for most commuters because most commuters don't exceed the range of most EVs thus, they can always charge at home while they sleep. If they go on a longer trip they can rent or buy a genset trailer or they can own an E-REV instead of a pure EV. So, can we remove charging time as a problem? -Bluetd

[edit] LPG?

I think LPG (autogas) should be in here too. It's well established and pretty common in taxis. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.238.245.244 (talk) 14:11, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
