There is an uncited sources tag on this page. I've asked a professor at my college about this. He says information relating to historical American documents, such as this compact, are considered general knowledge and do not require citation.--Winjammer 03:03, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

I added a source, published by the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program. It has an extensive bibliography. Should be good enough to eliminate source issue. We shoudl add more info on the compact--Work permit 02:43, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
