The Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands (Roter Morgen) was founded in 1968 as Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands/Marxisten-Leninisten (see German Wikipedia) !!! - unsigned
- "Die 1968 gegründete Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands/Marxisten-Leninisten (KPD/ML) benannte sich 1980 nach der Auflösung der maoistischen KPD in Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands um. Sie fusionierte 1986 mit der trotzkistischen GIM zur Vereinigten Sozialistischen Partei (VSP). Ein Teil der Mitglieder machten diese Fusion jedoch nicht mit und so besteht diese Partei heute noch. Sie wird oft auch als KPD/Roter Morgen bezeichnet."
- So, what it actually says is that that party fused into VsP in 1986, and a minority regrouped as KPD/Roter Morgen. Thus, KPD/Roter Morgen was founded in 1986. --Soman 08:13, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

- You refered to German wikipedia. I don't see know this text would confirm your version of events. It is not uncommon for breakaway groups to claim to represent the legacy of the original party. It is similar with swedish APK, formed after a split in 1977, which claimed 1917 as its founding date (that of VPK). --Soman 08:17, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
