At the bottom of this title, it is noted that "This article about the European Union is a stub. You can help Wikipedia by expanding it". However, the Committee of Ministers belongs to the Council of Europe, not the European Union. Even though it is a European institution, the Council of Europe does not have organic link with the European Union. The Council of Europe was found before the European Union and it has 46 member states, including Russia, Turkey, Serbia, and many others. But also, it is very normal to be confused since the European Union is using the flag of the Council of Europe (the European flag).

Since they have common flags and common aims, it is maybe better to change the above mentioned notice as "This article about a European institution is a stub. You can help Wikipedia by expanding it". So it would be possible to use a common notice for both the EU and the CoE articles.

This page should be moved to Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers. That's the official name used at their website. --Grandmaster 09:51, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
