Therefore, I do not believe I can license this image under the GNU Free Documentation License or declare it to be in the public domain using the GFDL-self tag or the PD-self tag respectively. Since the contents of this image are not free, and neither Wikipedia nor I have obtained permission from its owner(s) as far as I know, its use is on Wikipedia is only allowed under fair use.
