This is the logo of the Community Transit agency.

The image can be found at http://www.commtrans.org/index.cfm indirectly and http://www.commtrans.org/INTMTRLS/LOGO.gif directly.

This image should be available for fair use because it is a logo and on top of that it is an organization created originally by the voters cities in Snohomish County, WA (although this probably does not effect its validity for fair usage).

The original image was in GIF format and was converted to a more efficient PNG format. A negligible about of data, if any, was lost in the conversion.
