Community First Fund is a CDFI based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 1992 with a primary goal of providing microcredit and technical assistance to low-moderate income and/or minority persons who do not have access to these services through traditional means. CFF currently serves a 14 county area in Central PA with offices in Lancaster, Reading, Harrisburg and Chester county. Under the current leadership of Joan Brodhead and Dan Betancourt, the organization plans to increase the size and amount of new loans.
