I will be thankful to one who can helpme to solve this problem. Here in canada we have loto choose 6 numbers from 49. There can be more then 14 million combinations in this. What i need to calculate how many combination these numbers can make

In Ayurveda Medical system there 3 doshas/ wa,khaph,pit the wa is 40 diffrent kind/ and khaph is 40 type and pit is 20. How many combinations these will make. I think it can be in billions. please help/ truth3k@gmail.com
