This is, for the moment, a simple entry describing my professional background. I have been a staff member of a public utility regulatory agency for the past 25 years. I have worked in accounting, engineering and policy areas for Electric, Natural Gas, Water, and Telephone utilities.

I will add to this page both personal and professional background as time permits.
