So the template is mostly complete. I still have some issues I am figuring out. The main issue is the {{{year|}}} variable and the {{{accessdate|}}} variable in the overall rankings refs. I don't know why these aren't working. The refs are inside an {{#if: statement so that could be the issue. I tried replacing all the pipes with {{!}} but that did not resolve the issue.
