Columbia Energy Center is a base load, coal fired, electrical power station located in the town of Pacific, Wisconsin, south of Portage, Wisconsin in Columbia County. Ownership is 22% by Madison Gas and Electric (MGE),[1] 46.2% Wisconsin Power and Light Company (Alliant Energy)[2] and 31.8% Wisconsin Public Service.[3]
