Colostethus subpunctatus is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, shrub-dominated wetlands, swamps, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, urban areas, and heavily degraded former forest.
