Colostethus machalilla, or Rana Nodriza De Machalilla, is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
