Colostethus faciopunctulatus is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is found in Colombia, possibly Brazil, and possibly Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
