College Heights Herald

The College Heights Herald is the student newspaper of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It is published on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the fall and spring semesters of the school year. The school provides staff support and facilities for the newspaper but does not exercise editorial control. The publication itself is supported through the sale of advertising.

The Herald is a member of the Associated Collegiate Press Hall of Fame. The student-run publication has won 11 National Pacemaker Awards, five Gold Crown Awards and three Silver Crown Awards.

- Named the best non-daily student newspaper in the country by the Society of Professional Journalists

- 10 General Excellence Awards from the Kentucky Press Association
