Colin White (historian)

Colin White (born 1951), educated at Culford School, Bury St. Edmunds is a British naval historian of Horatio Nelson and the Battle of Trafalgar era, organiser of Trafalgar 200. In 2006 he was appointed as Director of the Royal Naval Museum.

He is a long standing member of the Southsea Shakespeare Actors, a server at Portsmouth Cathedral and a keen theatre and cinema goer.
