Colin Blumenau

Colin Blumenau (b. 7 August 1956 in London) is a British actor who played Francis "Taffy" Edwards in The Bill from 1984 to 1990. He is now artistic director of the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds and spearheaded its recent restoration project.
