You took a properly sourced citation and changed it to your point of view which is against the policy WP:NPOV. Even so, you completely plagiarized the BBC website. My "notion" is not incorrect either as I wrote the original properly sourced information on Chef de Cuisine from a world-wide recognized text on culinary arts. Even reworded, the citation on BBC is from a POV "lifestyle" web source.
