Cohousing in Tasmania

Cohousing in Tasmania currently consists of three groups.
Cascade Cohousing is the oldest established community, a strata title private equity development, while the Cohousing Co-operative Ltd is a partly government funded Community Housing Project. Both these cohousing projects are on the lower slopes of Mt Wellington.
Southern Cohousing is currently in development, having identified a parcel of land at Rosny on the Eastern Shore of Hobart.
