Copepage 862 is not obsolete, as the article states. Windows XP systems in Hebrew use copepage 862 natively for NTFS filenames. So do Nokia telephones when writing Hebrew filenames to SD cards. Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.
